Hair Daze has a 24-Hour Cancellation Policy. If a client must cancel their appointment within 24 hours, or does not show up for their appointment, we may require a deposit before rebooking any future appointments.
We understand life can be busy, and unexpected events can occur. At Hair Daze we send out 2-Day-Before and 2-Hour-Before appointment reminders to ensure that each of our guests has ample notice of their appointment even on the most hectic days. If for any reason you are not receiving appointment confirmations or reminders, please call the salon so we can confirm all your information on file is correct.
Thank you to all of our amazing clients who understand that our time is valuable. By providing 24 hours notice for a cancellation we have the opportunity to service other guests (which opens spaces for you to rebook your missed appointment in the future!).
