It was my first time being at the Salon, first time in any Salon for over 15 years. I met with Cathy about hair extensions and found her wonderful. Not only was she very personable and courteous she was extremely knowledgeable, professional and astute. She clearly knows what she is doing and was able to tell me in detail what the process would entail, how long it would take and what the end result should be. She quickly picked up on my hair type as well as color, which is unique. At the end of my consultation I went ahead and scheduled my appointment I was so pleased with the service.
